It’s breathtaking to see all the decorations and twinkling lights. It really exudes that holiday spirit. Games, music and more festive fun will also round out this holiday event. It all takes place on Friday, December 2, from 6-10 pm at the West Covina Civic Center on W. Garvey Ave. S.
